The Zaporozhye Court of Appeal changed the measure of restraint on uncontested detention to arrest with the possibility of release on bail in the amount of UAH 2.14 million. accused of creating an organized criminal group (part 1 of article 255 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), taking possession of property by abuse of official position (part 5 of article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), extortion (part 2 and part 4 of article 189 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), money laundering (part 3 of article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as illegal arms trafficking (part 1 of article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to 47-year-old Yevgeny Anisimov, whom the media during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych dubbed the so-called “watcher” for the Zaporozhye region in drove “Anisim”, according to Detective-Info.
