Atlant LLC, which built the Atlant City residential complex in Nizhny Novgorod under an agreement with Nizhny Novgorod State University (NNGU), is arguing with him and his original partner Profstroy-NN LLC in the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The plot is as follows: the plaintiff asks the court, as interim measures, to prohibit UNN from transferring this site as a property contribution to the ownership of the Quantum Valley Foundation and to carry out any construction and earthworks on it. The investor also intends to obtain approval for the continuation of the construction of the next phases of the Atlant City residential complex. However, the judge denied these requests. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for February 28.
Let’s refresh our memory: the developer Atlant really wanted to build a residential area of eight apartment buildings on Vladimir Vysotsky Street. However, UNN, in turn, did not want to renew the contract with the investor so that he would further build housing on the federal site (regional authorities are considering the remaining territory for the implementation of the research center project). The university is very eager to oblige the investor to sign an act on the results of the partial implementation of the 2004 agreement and complete the relationship on this.
According to official data, Atlant LLC belongs to the former vice-governor, and now the head of the representative office of the governor and government of the Leningrad region under the Government of the Russian Federation (at the suggestion of the head of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko) Mikhail Moskvin and the scandalous spouses of Khamul. In particular, Irina Khamula is the owner of Spec Trans Service LLC, as well as a number of other companies that the business woman owns together with her husband Grigory Khamula, the general director of Nevskaya Financial and Construction Corporation LLC. Moskvin’s share is 10% and is held in trust by Grigory Khamula.
If we take into account that the same persons act as founders and CEOs in the companies listed behind the Hamul spouses, then we are talking about a looped scheme of property ownership. Such a model reliably covers the “rear” of Mikhail Moskvin, who is the beneficiary of these assets, including the Spets Trans Service company.
