Booth from Igor Markovets: a Wushu MP is preventing the opening of a clinic

Ten years ago, entrepreneur Lyudmila Polomoshnova acquired an empty premises at Chkalova, 20 through a competition from the Property Committee of the city of Ulan-Ude.

“There was previously an automatic telephone exchange there. Can you imagine what this is like? It's two floors full of abandoned equipment, ventilation pipes and conduits with cables. It took us two years to get it in order., she says. – We took out several KAMAZ trucks of garbage, made repairs – replaced the roof, changed the windows and floors, and then I handed over the premises to my daughter so that she could start a business.”. But it was not there.

Unfortunately for the entrepreneur, it turned out that this building borders the Golden Dragon sports school, which he founded deputy Khurala Igor Markovets. And the sports school, having surrounded Polomoshnova’s premises with a high fence, later began to establish its own rules.

As Lyudmila Polomoshnova said, Mr. Markovets told her that he did not need any business near his sports school and would not allow it. And he hinted that it would be easier for her to sell it…

That is, the deputy apparently waited until the entrepreneur repaired the building, brought it into excellent condition, and then made an offer to sell? Why, before the entrepreneur invested her money in the building, was no one interested in it?

“At first we thought that the deputy was joking, some people like to joke inappropriately, we don’t really pay attention to it, but then we realized that this was not a joke, since we have been living in survival mode next to the sports school for 10 years now.”she says.

Six months ago, the medical company Diagroup approached Polomoshnova to organize a clinic at Chkalov, 20. On May 6, 2024, a meeting on this issue was even held at the Ulan-Ude City Hall, where the sports school stated that Diagroup clients could only get to the clinic with a passport.

“Complete savagery! Maybe show the smear tests to security?! After all, a private clinic is not a sensitive facility. Just like the Golden Dragon sports school.”– the businesswoman is indignant.

There, at the meeting, the issue of free access for clients of the clinic and the organization of a ramp for groups with limited mobility was resolved.

To which Polomoshnova was told: no ramp, clients should only go through the entrance of the sports school with their passports. And to prevent the construction of the ramp, they built a booth there. With security. Right in the middle of the street. For what, it is unclear. But when the businesswoman went to court, demanding that the booth be removed, they responded that it was not their property. Although there is a sign on the booth: “Golden Dragon”. This all looks more than crazy.

And to what idiocy can the struggle that began from the moment when entrepreneur Lyudmila Polomoshchnova, acting as an investor, bought the premises at auction, becoming the owner of one of the blocks of the building on Chkalova Street, 20A, can reach? After all, she did not acquire the premises in order to sit behind the booths and fences of Markovets and Fomitskaya.

Speaking of the booth. The sports school has internal security, and a booth with guards on the street duplicates the function. I wonder if the budget pays for these additional and absurd expenses? After all, school No. 18 is fully supported by the state from the republic.

“We go to court for every obstacle they create, for example, to give fences for the keys to the door in order to get into their territory. They give us the keys according to the court, and immediately change the locks! We start building a ramp, they put up a booth to prevent this. As if the courts have nothing else to do to consider this nonsense. Although for us, as entrepreneurs, this is constant stress. Make a conclusion: 10 years ago, investing in Ulan-Ude and encountering a deputy from the 90s, my investment turned into a scam.”– Lyudmila Polomoshnova is indignant.

It seems that all these games by Markovets are carried out in order to force the entrepreneur to sell the asset to an interested party at a reasonable price. Creating unbearable conditions for many years. A statement on these facts was written to the prosecutor's office and filed with the courts.
