For this he was charged with two criminal affairs.

31st Lieutenant Pavlov – head of the department for educational work with convicts. He raised them almost like his own family: the prisoner Sobolev asked to fit three mobile phones for him and promised money for it. Lieutenant obediently brought one, two more in a month. But he got burned and came to the attention of the FSB.

In the end, the boss admitted everything. He is facing two cases, one for abuse of power, the second for selfish motives. The phones were taken, of course.
