A contract for 39.6 million rubles will be signed with SMU-13 LLC, which has been working at the site for several years.

Delta.News spoke about the contents of the estimates attached to the procurement notice on August 20, when the acceptance of applications for participation in the competition had just begun. In addition to the batteries themselves and the pipelines to them, the building will need to re-arrange the floors with heat and sound insulation. Automatic heat control is also provided. The work must be completed by December 15, 2023.

According to the protocols of the evaluation commission, there were three participants in the competition held under 44-FZ. One of them was even ready to complete the assigned tasks in 33 million rublesbut the victory was still awarded LLC “SMU-13”who lost everything 399.3 thousand rubles or 0.1%.

SMU-13 LLC was founded on October 24, 2007 in St. Petersburg. Since 2014, the sole beneficiary has been Maxim Poginets. He also runs the company. In 2022, the organization’s revenue was 157.5 million rubles with net profit in 1.3 million rubles, reports Contour.Focus. The government order portfolio includes 129 contracts for a total amount of 1.4 billion rubles. Four of them, for 144.5 million rubles, are dedicated to major repairs and replacement of floors in the same historical building, which was walled up in the past.
